Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers paid plans for Open Purse and Sectional, offered by VNE LLC ("VNE," "we," "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free trials

Flight Plan and Sectional start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged anything.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel online at any time from the Manage subscription page, or by emailing darin@velocityne.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

3. Refunds

• We do not give refunds or credits for partial months or partial years, or for time a plan was active but not used.
• If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you canceled), email us within 30 days and we will refund the mistaken charge in full.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Co-Pilot and quoted work

Co-Pilot engagements and other quoted work follow the cancellation and refund terms written into each quote.
